Custom and personalized orders

I accept custom orders of all types and sizes, and I would love to take part in the journey to create a unique item for you :) Please contact me with any questions. Personalized orders are created, especially for you, and cannot be resold. Therefore, in most cases, there are no refunds.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items

Estimated shipping times

United States: 5-9 business days Europe: 5-10 business days Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 8-12 business days I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Delivery times are only an estimate and don't account for special postal holiday delays.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes which may be charged upon delivery! This varies greatly from country to country, so please be aware.

How to hang the piece?

The pieces come with a hanging hook and a special ruler that we created, which simplifies the hanging. Using the ruler, mark the dots according to the required position and hang easily. The appropriate screws will also be provided in the shipment :)

What type of materials I am using

The mosaic is mostly made of ceramic and some made of glass. Our wooden base is mostly made of recycled wood, and some are made of pine wood.
