Ordering and delivery - International shipping times

For international delivery, we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. After despatching your order, Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3-4 working days to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, and Luxembourg. For other European countries, the delivery timeframe is 3-5 working days. For worldwide destinations, including countries like the United States, Canada, Australia, and Japan, the delivery aim is 5-7 working days. This service allows both you and us to track your parcel’s progress and provides an added assurance with a signature on delivery.

Ordering and delivery - When will my order be despatched?

Our items are carefully handcrafted and require some time to make. We list the number of days needed to make each item in the materials section of the product page. Generally, it takes us 1 working day to make a keyring and 3 working days to create personalised bracelets, necklaces, and cufflinks. For more intricate pieces like fingerprint, hand and footprint, ashes, or drawing jewellery (anything that requires you to send us something before we can start crafting your order), it may take up to 10 working days. We'll stay in touch with you throughout the entire process and will let you know as soon as your order is ready to be sent. Thank you for your patience!

Ordering and delivery - How do I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order, we begin working on it right away. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you reach out to us right after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed. However, please note that we are unable to accept cancellations of personalised items once we have started making them. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Ordering and delivery - Can I alter my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible. For simple, non-personalised changes such as requesting a different chain length, we can accommodate these changes up until the point of dispatch. However, if you require changes to personalisation, we will need to know before we begin making your order, as it may not be possible to make changes once we have started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to alter, amend or modify your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

General Questions - How do I measure for a bracelet?

To ensure the perfect fit for your bracelet, it's important to order the correct size. Our bracelets are made to order, so we recommend measuring your wrist bone and adding a little extra for comfort. A good rule of thumb is to add 1.5-3cm, depending on whether you prefer a snug or looser fit. To measure your wrist, you can use a piece of string or strip of paper to wrap around your wrist, then measure that string with a ruler. Alternatively, you can use a cloth tape measure. The size you order will be the size we make your bracelet. Please take care when measuring your wrist to ensure that you order the correct size. If you have any questions or need help with sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us.

General Questions - How do I measure for a ring?

If you're unsure of your ring size, we're here to help! We have ring sizers available for purchase, which can be a useful tool for determining your correct size at home. When we say that an item is hand-stamped, it means that each character on the item is individually stamped by hand using letter punches and a hammer. When someone you love passes away, it can be difficult to find a way to keep their spirit with you at all times. Our collection of memorial ashes jewellery enables you to keep their memory and spirit close to you always.

Individually handcrafted to order in our Biggleswade studio, the beautifully organic sterling silver pebble pendant has a small chamber into which your loved one's ashes are placed.

The chamber is sealed with a either a sterling silver or 9ct gold heart making a thoughtful treasured gift for when memories with a loved one become even more precious, and as each one is individually handcrafted no two will ever be the same which sets these beautiful tributes world's apart from the offering usually found.

We offer complimentary engraving on the back of the charms (up to 10 letters, including spaces).

Sending Your Ashes

Upon ordering one of our beautiful memorial jewellery pieces from our ashes jewellery collection, you will be assigned a unique order number. We will then provide you with the necessary materials, including a small container and pre-paid envelope, labelled with your order number, to safely collect a small portion of ash.

Rest assured that your order will be handled with the utmost care and respect by one of our dedicated and skilled jewellers. Each piece is crafted by hand, ensuring authenticity and the highest quality throughout the creation process. We hold the ashes with the utmost reverence and dignity. And, as we only require a small amount, any remaining ashes will be returned to you with your completed charm.

Instructions For International Customers:

For our international customers, there's a slightly different process for sending your ashes. We ask that you secure a small portion of ash in a sturdy container, such as a well-sealed plastic bag within a small box or a strong envelope suited for small items, and make sure it's labelled with your unique order number for easy identification. Before despatching your package, it's important to consult your local postal service for specific guidelines regarding the international shipment of ashes to ensure compliance with regulations and proper labelling. Ensure the postage is fully covered for a secure transit to the UK.
