Rare event-tracking marks delivered but you didnt receive your item…… In this case— 1st- please check w/ neighbors! 2nd-wait for the mail to run the following day. 3rd- reach out to your personal mail carrier! Every Order has a tracking# so Usps does have HELP options! Anyone can open a search request-themselves. Go to usps.com-top side bar has a “help” tab! -Some orders do have insurance, most do not! PLEASE NOTE-once marked-DELIVERED, its now the RECEIVERS responsibility! Now, after these steps have been fulfilled & you still believe your package is mia—please reach out! We can figure something out but YOUR help will be required! I know this will be frustrating but with patience & respect- WE will get it done! 😘

Some ways to Clean Brass- 1-Soak a sponge in standard isopropyl alcohol & lightly scrub away any dirt or stains of your brass item. 2-Squirt some ketchup on a clean cloth and rub over tarnished brass. Then wipe clean with a damp cloth and buff dry. 3-Dish wash liquid and lemon to wash dark or tarnished brass items. Please wash them around 15-20 minutes. And after washing, let them stay in this water more 20 minutes. And the will be shiny and clean again. 4-Any Brass cleaner-just follow the directions!
