We are always ready to help you with a custom order, if it is possible for us to perform it. Please write us a personal message with all details and we will answer you as quickly as possible.

All of our products have standard sizes, usually described in photos or description. But if you need some individual size of the product, we will help you with a great pleasure. Just write us your needed sizes, and we will calculate and place a custom order for you.

What if you need to remove the USA multilayer or cork map from the wall

Please do not take it off the wall by force. You will need a manual hair dryer and some time and patience. Direct the airflow between a Map piece and the wall, wait a bit and remove them one by one, if possible by rotating moves. Please perform it smoothly, not jerky. But unfortunately we can't guarantee by 100% that your wall will stay absolutely safe and completely unmarked, as it depends on the wall and its surface, the duration of the Map being displayed, air temperature, humidity, etc.

All our products are packed with a big care, so it can come to you in safe. But you always can add our beautiful wooden gift card, to make present ready to be gifted.

How are the maps hung on the wall

World wall maps, USA maps with National Parks (maps that come glued to boards): Boards come ready to hang with mounted hangers, in the package we add dowels for different types of the wall, screws, cardboard template and detailed instruction for placing map on the wall. Multilayer USA or cork maps (maps that come in several elements): In the package you will find special silicone scotch tape for placing map on the wall and the detailed instruction.

Wholesale availability

We we are open for wholesale. You can contact us directly and we can discuss some interesting discounts for you.

Your orders are ready to be shipped in the processing period, mentioned in each listing. Please note, that orders are prepared and sent to you only from Monday to Friday, not including weekends. Also please keep in mind that processing and shipping time are different processes and each of them has its own term.

We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery. And in case of any damage during delivery or loss, we will double send you a new product in several days.

How can I return/exchange my order?

Personalized products can not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange of not custom orders can not be proceeded, until we receive the original product in a good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, refund will be proceeded only when the product is received by us in a good condition.

What if my tracking number is not updated for a long time?

Please contact us and we will check if it is standard procedure, or your package has faced any shipping issues.
