Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are non-refundable. All items in this store are digital and non-refundable due to the nature of the item.

Each item will have listed in its description the size of the items. All clothing, bags, etc. will show the exact measurements in the item's description.

Please see each listing's description for information about changing the designs. Some changes may require additional fees for the design process. If you have reached your maximum allowed number of changes but still wish to make other changes, you may request them. Fees schedule will be given at time of request for the needed changes.

All communication about the design process, etc. will be through Etsy messages, unless otherwise noted. Proofs will be provided in Etsy messages, provided the file size is allowed by the Etsy system, otherwise it will be emailed to the address on your Etsy account. All final files will be emailed to the Email address on file with Etsy unless otherwise discussed ahead of time.

Estimated product delivery times

Original Artwork - estimated delivery to U.S. addresses is roughly 1 week depending on current shipping times and unexpected delays by the shipping carriers. Physical Products ( created by our production partner) - estimated delivery to U.S. addresses is roughly 2 weeks depending on current shipping times and unexpected delivery delays by the shipping carrier. Each product has a different production time based on our partner's current production load. For more details see each listing description and shipping time estimates or contact for additional information. Digital artwork and digital downloads - estimated delivery is within a few hours. These digital downloads will be delivered by email. No physical item is shipped.

For all clothing items, please see item's tags for washing and drying instructions. For tote bags, handwash in cold water with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry. For original artwork, hang or display in dry conditions. Do not store in hot locations or extreme cold as this could cause melting and cracking. Also, do not display in direct sunlight to avoid sun bleaching and color fading of the artwork. For mugs, handwashing is the recommended method. These are dishwasher safe in the top rack but design fading can occur over time. These are also microwave safe.
