Super-femme floaty frock from the 70s with lovely capelike detail, pretty pretty watercolor floral print, and fit-and-flare kneelength shape. Sleeveless with a ruffle overlay on the shoulders. Vintage sheer poly-blend gauze blue and yellow print over a lightweight ivory full-coverage lining. Fitted empire waistwith zip back and hook-and-eye closure under ruffle detail, then fitted waist continues to hip and flares out. Gorgeous drape. Red, white, and blue ILGWU Union Made label (1974-1995), also marked "Lot 5-6," best fit modern extra small-small. No give to overlay or lining. Very good vintage condition with no visible flaws and has been fully conditioned so no vintage odors!
PLEASE NOTE: This is another small-frame dress, the mannequin's popped shoulders were too broad to fully zip the back. I have taken careful measurements of each fitted area, but please ask for additional measurements if you need them!
