What should I do if my order is marked “Delivered”, but I can’t find it?

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered please wait at least 24 hours because sometimes the carrier marks a package as delivered before actually delivering the package. The next step would be to contact your local postal service before contacting me. I will gladly reship but please do not wait an entire month before contacting me.

Will I be refunded if I don’t receive my order?

No. I don’t give refunds on items that have not been delivered due to postal issues. I will however, reship ASAP.
