“I saw the zodiac wall tiles thinking it was already made and did not pay attention to the fact that this was a down loading file for a 3D printer, well I immediately contacted the vendor to explain that I do not have a 3D printer and that I would like a full refund since this was a mistake on my part not knowing that I was getting a file when I was trying to purchase the wall zodiac tiles. The vendor never responded to all of my messages. so to this day I can not down load this file since I do not have a 3D printer and Esty does not have a purchase refund process for me to resolve my issue. I would recommend that no one should buy any type of program file thru this process and they are better off going on line and order such a file from the company that makes it and not someone who sell a program they bought.”

I saw the zodiac wall tiles thinking it was already made and did not pay attention to the fact that this was a down loading file for a 3D printer, well I immediately contacted the vendor to explain that I do not have a 3D printer and that I would like a full refund since this was a mistake on my part not knowing that I was getting a file when I was trying to purchase the wall zodiac tiles. The vendor never responded to all of my messages. so to this day I can not down load this file since I do not have a 3D printer and Esty does not have a purchase refund process for me to resolve my issue. I would recommend that no one should buy any type of program file thru this process and they are better off going on line and order such a file from the company that makes it and not someone who sell a program they bought.
