All jewelry is packed in boxes

We use combine shipping and service of consolidation partner to get the products quicker to USA and Europe. All orders are shipped from Ukraine to the warehouse placed in USA or UK, and then worldwide by USPS or another carrier. This way appears to be much more quicker than direct shipping by UkrPoshta, but not so expensive as a direct express by Fedex or DHL.

If item is ready to ship I will send it within 3-5 bussines days after payment confirmation.
If item is marked as made to order - deadline specified in the product description.

I do not ship on Sundays.

I use the etsy mailing address, please make sure it is correct.

I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package.

Order can be canceled.
If you make a payment but decide to cancel the order when it has already been sent to you, you will be refunded, except for the shipping cost, because the cancellation was due to the seller's fault.

You will receive the money after returning the item to the seller. When returning a parcel, provide the seller with a track number.

- it is better to keep the jewelry in a closed box
- do not spray hairspray jewelry
- do not twist or bend so as not to break

In case of return of the goods please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment ( even if the item was bought at free shipping sale)
