My order is marked as "Delivered" but it hasn't arrived yet!

Don't panic! USPS sometimes marks a package as delivered before it's even out for delivery. It should arrive within the next day or so! If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to message me!

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! All orders come with tracking save for US territories and APOs. Please feel free to contact me if you would like tracking for these two exceptions!

Not at the moment unfortunately. I am planning to offer customs in the future so please keep a lookout for those!

My tracking number isn't working when I try to check it on the USPS/UPS/FedEx website!

If you're using our free tracking included in most orders packaged in letter envelopes and flat mailers, these can be looked up in the Pitney Bowes website. Since these tracking numbers are provided by Etsy and Pitney Bowes, they cannot be searched up in any of the traditional delivery website. Can I put my new stickers on my car?

Our stickers are water resistant but unfortunately, they are not weather/uv resistant. If you decide to decorate your car with them, they will eventually fade away because of uv rays and the rain. We recommend keeping them indoors!
