➥ Do you make custom orders?

I am no longer accepting custom logo or invitation requests, but I am still accepting semi-custom design orders, which includes changes to existing designs to make them more unique/to your liking. Color changes are $7, changes to art/graphics is $12. Matching templates are $5 each. Please message me for more information! :)

➥ How do I access my templates?

After purchasing, you should receive an email from Corjl with a link to download your templates. You will be prompted to sign in or create an account. That's it! Super easy.

➥ How long do I have access to my templates?

Templates do not have an expiration date. Sit back, relax, and take your time! :)

➥ Why don't you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?

Due to the nature of the product (digital file) I cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If there is an issue, PLEASE reach out to me so that we can resolve it! I want you to be absolutely satisfied with your design!

➥ How can I print my invitations?

Your invitations can be easily printed on your home printer! - If you prefer to use a professional printer, invitations can be printed directly from Corjl after editing. Simply click the "Order Prints" button after editing, select your paper type, size, and quantity, and you're done! Available paper options include Standard Matte Cardstock, Eggshell Matte Cardstock, and Pearlescent Card Stock. Foam board posters are also available for printing. Orders will print and ship within 2 to 3 business days after being placed. A Rush Order option is available and will shorten processing time to 1 business day.

➥ I love my design! How can I leave a review?

First of all, I am thrilled you are so happy with your purchase! ➥ I did not receive an email from Corjl

If you have not received an email from Corjl to access your design, please check your junk or spam inbox. If you are still unable to locate your order email, please send me a message with the email it should have been sent to and I can resend the order within 24 business hours. If you checked out with Apple Wallet/Pay, it will create a randomly generated email and cause delays. Please refrain from using Apple Wallet/Pay whenever possible.
