Very beautiful! I asked for a chess board with a lot of character with the wood itself, and I’m very happy with it. I wish I would’ve looked at the playing area measurements because it is smaller than I was imagining, but that’s on me. I also with the engraving was a little bit larger of a font, but who can complain when you have the option of FREE engraving?! Absolutely beautiful, very rustic exactly what I wanted

I am satisfied overall with this piece. It took a little less then a month to arrive and that's pretty good for Tunisia to US. It came as shown and the actual game board part is lovely and smooth. The little drawers for the pieces are cute too! However, there is a ton of glue on all of the parts that were connected (where the legs meet the game board, the drawers etc). It looks like too much was applied and when it squeezed out, it was never wiped clean, so that's disappointing. The light colored pieces seem smooth and have some kind of lacquer, but the black pieces are really rough and seem unfinished. I'm happy overall, but it could have been a bit more carefully assembled.
