Our Cuff Bracelets are a one-size-fits-most and are easily adjustable by gently bending to your wrist size/shape. Our other styles, nylon rope and leather ropes, comfortably fit a variety of wrist sizes. For proper sizing, we recommend using a tape measurer and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand (or wherever you would like the bracelet to sit). Place your smallest finger between your wrist and the tape measure to allow for slack. The sizes on our shop are for the wrist circumference. Please note that the length of the bracelet will be a bit longer to provide a comfortable fit.

Unfortunately, due to our Fulfillment Teams quick turn around time, changes cannot be made to an order once submitted. The shipping address must be entered correctly at checkout or revised before submitting an order, as we do not edit or alter addresses. If an order gets delivered to an incorrect address or is returned to us for an incomplete/undeliverable address, we are not held liable to replace or refund the order. Sizing must be entered correctly as well. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please reach out PRIOR to placing an order for further assistance.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate international exchanges at this time. You are more than welcome to send the item back to us using a carrier of your choice to: 120 E 8th St Suite 901, Los Angeles, CA 90014 for a refund. Once the return package is received, you will be receiving an email confirming the merchandise refund. We do encourage you to send the item back with a trackable service as we are not held liable for any package lost in transit. Please kindly note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. International Standard Shipping can take up to 21-35 business days (excludes all weekends and U.S observed holidays) for delivery and is subject to customs and COVID delays. All of our bracelets are weather-resistant; however, please note that long-term exposure to wet conditions such as showers/baths, swimming, and daily workouts might affect the long-term durability of the bracelet itself. Cuff/Beaded Styles, Leather Styles: Because our collection is made out of leather, exposing it to wet conditions and manmade chemicals and then allowing it to dry constantly will cause the leather to lose its natural oils resulting in a brittle feel down the road. We do not recommend showering/bathing with the item on or submerging the bracelet in regular and chlorinated water. Nylon/Cotton Styles: We do not recommend showering/bathing or submerging this style in normal water and chlorinated water. Spot clean as needed.
