Pretty True Vintage sundress from the 1980s or early 1990s. Made from comfortable cotton fabric with a fantasy flower print. Elasticated smocked top with adjustable straps. Empire waist and wide skirt with ruffle hem. Black piping, two side pockets. Unlined.

Looks great with a pair of sandals and a wicker bag!
