We try to ensure that the colors of each design are shown in the listing sample, However please be reminded that colors vary slightly between monitors due to the calibration of your device or monitor. For the most visually stunning final results, we recommend printing at your local print shop or via an online printing service using high-quality matte paper.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. NO return, or exchange accepted. We do want all of our customers to have the best experience, so if you run into any issues or concerns, please do not hesitate to message us.

Return and Exchange for Physical Products

Because all items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. In the event that you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing or damage upon receipt, please contact us through Etsy as soon as possible (limit is 15 days after item is delivered) with your email address provided. We will send a copy of our exchange protocol to your email address which you will fill out and include with the return package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item (shipping of new item is covered). We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package. Please note, though we do our best to get exchanges out as fast as possible, new sales must take priority so there may be a slight delay.

If an order has not been delivered in 25 calendar days (for domestic US or regional EU orders) or in 40 calendar days (for international orders), merchants should contact us within 1 week in order to be eligible for a reprint/refund.

Lost or stolen Packages + Incorrect Address

Liaishome cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience. Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me before shipment.

Orders usually take 7-10 business days to process and deliver. If you need your order by a certain date, we can usually accommodate that, just make sure you let us know ahead of time! Occasionally, one of our Garment suppliers may be out of stock, and they'll let us know when to expect it again. In this situation, we'll get in touch with you to see whether you'd like to wait, replace the item or print on something else. We always aim to give our customers premium outcomes, and this means regular quality control checks. From time to time, a printed garment may not meet our standards, and we'll need to reorder the stock to complete your order. This may change your delivery date, but we'll keep you updated.

We reserve the right to refuse the use of any coupon code running at any time to any purchase of any inapplicable item or order type. Coupon codes are invalid in bulk purchases (6 or more items) or any other listing that has been previously discounted in some way (including a free shipping order) in all circumstances.

Our items vary in brand and therefore fit as well. While some items are unisex, thus fitting more like men's items (but not overly large), some are women's sized. Please take the time to refer to each item's size chart in either the size chart photo included in the listing or in the product description before making your purchase.
