What is the jewelry chain made of?

Will the chain be the same as the one pictured?

Due to changes in distributors and the quality of chains that I use, I will sometimes change what chains I work with. The rolo style will be the same, and the color is always a bright silver. However, sometimes the shade of silver may not match the picture. Please feel free to message me if you want to double check what the chain looks like.

What if my package is lost in the mail? (Important for International Customers)

If your item is lost in the mail, I cannot provide a refund, as the loss was out of my hands. Please wait a fair amount of time before assuming your item was lost, and always check to see if it's stuck at your local post office first. I am definitely open to offering a discount on a replacement purchase, however.

I entered the wrong address and my order has already been shipped, what do I do?

I can only provide a refund or replacement for an item if it is marked return to sender and gets back to me. Then I can either refund the cost of the item, or ship out a replacement at only the cost of shipping. If you don't want to wait for that process, you can submit a new order, and I will provide a refund for the cost of the replacement item so that you only end up paying the extra shipping charge.

Can I have you rush my order?

If you need an item by a certain date, please contact me directly and I will see what I can do.

Can I get upgraded shipping?

Etsy has a broken shipping system so I can only offer shipping upgrades through a separate listing rather than at checkout. Please message me and I will arrange it for you.

My item was marked delivered but I can't find it

Unfortunately, if USPS has marked it as delivered, any loss was entirely out of my hands. I cannot do a full refund or free replacement if the error was not mine.

Package rejected at customs

The electronic customs process is not perfect. If all of the information on my end is correct, I cannot provide a full refund for a package that was sent back to me due to customs issues. I will provide a refund for the cost of the items.

How long do I have to refund an item?

You have 14 days to request a refund. Any items sent back are at the cost of the buyer. Items will not need to be sent back if they are damaged on arrival.
