Will I receive a tracking number with my order?

Yes! Once your item has been dispatched, you will automatically receive tracking details but please note that items are sent by India Post & cannot be tracked on the India Post site once they have been bagged and shipped from Delhi. Please check with your local post if your last update says it is in Delhi.

Are these stones made in a lab?

Never! Crystals and stones carry a vibrational energy that resonates with those wearing it, so all of my jewelry comes directly from the Earth and is not heat treated nor dyed.

How do I know my ring size?

There are tons of videos on YouTube on how to measure your ring size with nothing but a string or piece of paper and a ruler or measuring tape. Easy peasy and takes 5 minutes or less..

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Each item is handmade and each stone is unique in the way it was naturally formed so not exactly, but it will be similar. Unique = beautiful and one of a kind which makes it special.

What does "Item Bagged" mean on tracking?

When customs has received your item, that means it is bagged to be sent internationally. Once the item has arrived in the destination country, the postal service there has to the check in the item after it goes through receiving customs. This process can take days or weeks so please be patient when it appears your items hasn't moved - this is not the case. Both sides are working diligently and have their own formal process that I have no control over.
