Highlights
This vintage ladies Timex mechanical watch comes in the original celluloid-like, mint green case that hinges open and holds the watch safely inside. The bottom of the case has a little slit where the original paperwork slides in. The watch has an oblong, hexagonal case with a thick, diamond shaped crystal in the center. The hands are black and the numbers ‘12’ and ‘6’ are shown in gold while the rest of the numbers are represented by gold dash marks. The band is very shiny and gold toned and is segmented but quite rigid. The back of the band has slightly stretchy segments and a clasp in the center marked, ‘Hong
Kong.’ The watch is aesthetically in excellent condition however the mechanism feels to be overwound and the watch does not keep time. It may be a simple fix but it is being sold As Is. The watch does not lay flat because the band has a natural curve. Measures 2 1/4 inches across when clasped.
