The vinyl used in this decal is not of a high quality at all. My wife worked installing vinyl professionally for over a year and she says she never had this much trouble peeling the masking off of the vinyl. It's virtually impossible to install without creases. Upon them receiving the above email I was informed that the issues was I didn't know how to follow instructions. I will not purchase from this vendor again!
