Installation is very easy.

1. Remove cover from foot pedal
2. Remove retaining screw holding in foot pedal, use a flat tip screw driver.
3. Drill out old broken shaft
4. Glue in my new replacement shaft, ensure shaft is clocked correctly.
5. Tension spring, reinstall pedal and retaining screw.

Yeah!! We can flush again! Product was great and the customer service was even better. They helped us figure out how to get part of the shaft that had broken while still attached to the toilet. Trickie and definetly a tight space.

This item saved me the cost of buying a new toilet for our RV. Using the instructions included with item and link to the supported YouTube videos really helped in the installation. One thing I ran into was trimming of the pieces on the foot pedal was necessary in order to have the part seat flush when installed. Other than that thank you for taking the time engineering this product.
