When will my order ship?

I process orders quickly, and usually bring them to the post office within 1 business day.

What size Labret post do I need?

This depends on the thickness of your ear, and what stage you are at in the healing process. Your piercer will be able to tell you exactly what length Labret you need. Personally, I was usually pierced with a 10mm post, and downsized to an 8mm post after initial swelling was gone. I usually wear an 8mm post until my piercing is fairly well healed and no longer gets irritation bumps or flair ups, which can take several months to a year. Once it has calmed down, I switch to a 6mm post. This process can be different for each person though, so if you are unsure, it is always a good idea to talk to your professional piercer!

What size of hoop do i need for my Conch Piercing?

This depends on the anatomy of your ears, as well as piercing location. For a Conch Piercing, most people use either a 10mm hoop or 12mm hoop. If your ear is small and the conch is pierced near the edge of the conch, a 10mm hoop may fit for you. If it is pierced in a more central location a 12mm hoop may be a better fit. Depending on ear shape, 13mm or 14mm size hoop may be required. Everyone's ears and piercing location are individual, so If you are unsure what size you need you can visit your local Professional Piercer to get an accurate measurement. Because of the nature of Body Jewelry, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges due to Sanitation concerns.
