This gives you the freedom to choose a frame that works perfectly with your home and existing décor.

All prints are made to order and will be dispatched as soon as possible, in most cases the same day or next day during busy periods.

- Larger prints are securely rolled and sent in sturdy postal tubes
- Sustainable and recyclable packaging is used wherever possible

Are the prints framed?

No. All prints are supplied unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your style and space.

Do you sell digital downloads?

No. House Of Soreno currently specialises in physical art prints.

Can I order a custom size?

In many cases, yes. Please contact us before ordering and let us know the size you require.

Can you change or alter the colors of a design?

Some designs may be available in alternative colors. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.

Can I order a different size to the ones shown?

We can often resize designs to suit your frame or space. Please contact us before placing your order.

Can you help me choose a frame?

Absolutely. If you're unsure which frame or size would work best, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help. I'm also happy to share info on which frames work best and which I recommend.

Are all the prints shown in each listing included in the price?

Yes they are, the prints shown are what you will receive.

Do the prints have a border?

If the design is shown with a white border it will be printed with a border. This means you will not require a mount when framing. If you'd prefer printing without a border please let me know at the time of placing your order, or leave a note at checkout stating ' print without border'.

•PRODUCT DETAIL

All our prints are professionally printed and produced using a professional large format printer using highest quality longevity pigment inks! Using 230gsm (thick) fine art archival card to ensure vivid rich and vibrant coloured quality luxury art pieces that will last a lifetime behind glass.
Some of our designs show a white border, this is included in the over all size shown. The benefit of the border reduces the need for mounts when framing your prints. On some of our designs the border adds a striking contrast to the colours used and is part of the design.

PLEASE BE ADVISED some of the designs that show a white border may not have the the border included on a custom size print, due to distortion. )

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

Prints up to A3 size will be posted flat with grey board in an eco friendly recyclable bag which is placed into a full hard board envelope with a do not bend sticker stamp to ensure safe delivery.

Sizes up too and including A1 will be sent in a protective sleeve rolled in a robust cardboard tube to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

We aim to use as many eco friendly/Recyclable packing materials as possible.

Prints are made to order and dispatched as soon as possible depending on the volume of orders we have. Usually same or next day but mostly before the approximate dates shown at time of order. We always try our best to get everything sent as soon as possible.

UK ORDERS are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
There is the option to upgrade your shipping to 1st Class or Next day delivery with an added charge at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS orders are NOT sent tracked unless selected at checkout for additional charge. There may in some cases be a delay due to customs so please be patient as this is out of our hands.


Please note that colours may slightly differ from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration settings.
Rolled prints will flatten out easily when placed behind behind glass in a frame.
