What is the Covid-19 affect on my International delivery?

Can I cancel my order once dispatched?

Once your order is dispatched OR if your order is customised or pre-ordered it cannot be cancelled/refunded. In light of Covid-19, due to the inevitable Global delivery delays we are all experiencing, your order therefore does not have a definite time by which it will reach you. Hence, if your order is urgent and is required before a particular time, please keep in mind we are unable to determine or guarantee when it will reach you. Thank you for your patience and support.

What if I have allergies to jewellery?

Some people can have a sensitivity to some plating, most commonly nickel-plating which is used to colour gold and sometimes used in the electroplating process. If you are aware of a jewellery allergy we advise you to choose a hypoallergenic material, and please be aware that it is not our responsibility to refund or exchange your item knowing you have pre-existing allergies or sensitivities.

How do I care for my Suradesires jewellery?

It’s important to remember that all metal is susceptible to natural wear and will eventually oxidise, fade or require expert maintenance in its lifetime. In order to prolong the longevity and quality of your items, we strongly recommend to remove them before exercising, swimming and showering. If your jewellery is made from Stainless Steel, it is okay for them to come in contact with the above as it does have a higher resistance to oxidisation in the long run. In general, it is recommended that your jewellery should avoid contact with perspiration, perfume, highly acidic formula skincare and comestics, as these may damage the layer of metal plating and cause discolouration overtime.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will may offer you a refund on your purchase. This excludes earrings, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons. So please choose carefully. 1. Kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 2. Ship the items back to the provided address upon contacting us preferably using a trackable shipping service and email us the tracking number. 3. If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method. This will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned items. Please note, original shipping costs are not refundable, hence the cost of the item/s will be refunded only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
