I bought 4 of these bowls and they are beautiful. They arrived quickly and were packed in such a way that, along with shredded cardboard, minimum bubble wrap was used. They were advertised as suitable for morning cereal, but are smaller than other cereal bowls I have. A minor point, but worth noting if buying for this purpose. Overall, stunning tableware, and I would recommend for personal use or as a gift. I haven’t rated customer service as I haven’t needed to use it as no issues with my order.
