It is recommended to add insurance when placing larger orders. I will give you the estimated rate and an invoice upon shipping your order. The carrier is liable for the loss of or damage to any goods up to an amount specified in the contract. A claim with the postal service may be opened within 60 days of delivery (may be dependent on the type of shipping purchased) if your items arrive damaged due to improper delivery mishandling. Please notify me with pictures if your goods arrived damaged. You may also need to bring the damaged goods to your local post office. I will file a claim and send you a case number with further instructions. There is no guarantee that the courier will issue a refund upon investigation.

If a customized order is canceled, and you have already received work such as a digital mock-up, $10 will be retained from your refund.

Once your digital mock is sent, there will be a 5-day grace period for approval. If the mock is not approved by this time, your order will be considered canceled. You can re-order.

UX BOXES is not responsible for misbranded products. It is recommended to have your labels reviewed by a lawyer or paid professional to ensure it meets the current laws and regulations in your state as well as at the federal level.

Your branded packaging may be photographed and published on social media content, etc. If you do not wish for your product packaging to be published, we can offer to sign a formal NDA.

Box artwork files composed of image files run the risk of low-quality print.
Working with a professional package graphic designer to retrieve print-ready artwork files is recommended.

Once approved, printing will begin immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure that a preliminary digital mock-up sent to you is correct or corrected. Please review carefully.

You are also free to request a cancellation of your project. Please note, that if you have already received work such as a digital mock-up/photos, $10 will be retained from your refund.

Revised Designs
If the file was not created with us, we can only edit the composition of your file.

Changes or additional personalization sent to me after you submit your order will be counted as 1 revision out of 2 offered. It is recommended to send these changes together with your complete personalization information instead of separately to avoid confusion and not delay your project.
Every revision must be submitted via uxboxes.com/upload/. Preliminary digital mocks come with 2 revision requests. Please note, if a revision is requested after your pre-production sample photos were confirmed to be manufactured, another set of revisions must be purchased even if only 1 revision out of 2 was used, and the manufactured box will go towards your box order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Additional designs sent after submitting an initial design will be counted as 1 revision unless you request more than one design or separate designs. It is recommended to send these changes together with your complete personalization information instead of separately to avoid confusion and not delay your project.
To ensure that you are happy with the final package, it is recommended to start with a small order before proceeding with a large order.
If you are confident with how your preliminary digital mock-ups appear, you can place a large order and approve production on all of your boxes. Remember, your order comes with 2 complimentary revisions.

These files may be used for both personal and commercial use with a 3,000 production limit. A license may be required for quantities exceeding 3,000. The intellectual property remains the property of UX BOXES™. The buyer, under no circumstances, may not claim the files to be their design/creation or distribute or resell boxes designed and sold by UX BOXES. The files may not be used or sold as downloadable digital files, or as part of a package or bundle. We reserve the right to deny orders that may be placed by resellers and such.
