Custom and personalized orders

I gladly accept commisioned works. Bring me your ideas and I will do my best to make it. Custom orders may take a bit longer of processing time. The customer will be updated of the working progress properly.

I also accept partial payments and layaway plans. For commisioned works, a small reserve amount is required depending the work.

What if my ring does not fit?

I offer free adjustment or exchange. Customer pay the return charge and engraver services if need to be redone. If the issue is on LunarisJewelry side, all service is free of cost.

I don't know my ring size or the sizing system.

Of course! I love to make special designs. Please send it well protected.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All my pieces are packed carefully in jewelry boxes, and depending the series, some boxes will be hand decorated. I want to make the purchase of my ooak pieces, a truly magic experience.
