All products are shipped usually within 4 business days after receiving your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information to follow its progress.
If your order contains multiple different items, it may be sent in separate shipments. You will receive more than one package even though you ordered everything together.

The expected transit time of your package will be the following:
• US: 3-5 business days
• Canada: 8-14 business days

Please note that shipping time frames listed above are estimates, not guarantees!

All my items are designed by me and made to order by my production partners located in the US.
Woven blankets, desk pads, baby accessories and table linens are manufactured in the US. Other products, such as bath mats, curtains and duvet covers are outsourced following high quality standards, and printed on in the US with the most advanced technologies.

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let me know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.
> If the shipping address is correct and it seems that the package might have been lost in transit, contact me. Please note that I am not responsible for stolen packages that have been delivered or delivery errors.
> If the address is incorrect, though I'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

All sales are final, however if the item arrives to you damaged or printed incorrectly, please get in touch with me within a week's time.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer gift wrapping or add personal notes to your order.

I work with a production partner to have all my items printed and shipped. Once the production process starts, I am unable to cancel it. You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the production process yet, within 3 hours of purchase.
