How is my item packaged for delivery?

Where ever possible we look to recycle and reuse packaging materials. Cardboard boxes, bubble wrap etc are all kept from deliveries we receive and used to ensure your items are received in the excellent condition that they are in intended.

I haven’t received my order, can I get a refund?

Replacements/ refunds are issued if your item doesn’t arrive and is classified as lost. As per Royal Mail policies this is 10 working days after expected delivery date for UK orders and 30 working days for overseas orders.

Can you advise the correct stand for my glass art?

I'm happy to offer suggested guidance however there's a wide range of glass stands all of which all have varying limitations on the size of glass art that than can be displayed. Factors such as the Length, width, thickness, distribution, surface the stands is displayed upon, any drafts etc will all effect our products maximum, height, thickness, and weight they can safely bare, so it is difficult to give a maximum size for each stand. Ultimately the responsibility is with your self to ensure your workpiece is secure before displaying. Please use your own judgement as Boo Star Wood can not be held responsible.

Pair of oak feet

My glass fusion stands are made from solid oak. Handmade in my small Leicestershire workshop. The timber I use is prime Oak kiln dried so low moisture content. Each stand has been sanded and is finished with a hard wearing oil.

Approx stand size 7cm long, 2cm high, 2cm width

Groove sizes can be from 3mm to 8mm, increasing in 1mm increments and typically 10mm deep but this varies on the width of groove.

Generally I would recommend a groove width 1mm wider than the piece to be displayed.

Please select the size of the groove you require on the drop down menu to order the width groove size.

As all stands are handmade by myself I can offer any variation on sizes and groove dimensions please message me with sizes.
