Do you do wholesale? White labeling? Bulk discounts?

At this time, I do not do wholesale or white labeling. There are active discount codes that you can find on our social media accounts & by favoriting our products. You also get free shipping on domestic orders of $50 or more and international orders of $150 or more.

Please make sure you read all the details in the products description. The size of my inserts are listed and they fit many different brands of travelers notebook & ring binders Check the actual measurements not just the size name (pocket, standard, etc.) of the inserts before purchasing. I am not responsible if you order the wrong size insert. I am not responsible if you order the wrong size for the planner you have. A6 ring binders you buy off of Amazon or from any site that resells planners from Japan or China are NOT true A6 size they are personal size! Measure the distance between the set of 3 rings in a 6 ring binder. 0.75 inches (19mm) = pocket 1.5 inches (38mm)= a6 2 inches (51mm)= personal 2.75 inches (70mm)= a5

Difference in pages and sheets?

Pages = front and back of a sheet of paper (think of the pages in a book) Sheets = is a single piece of paper All inserts are listed with the amount of pages it has NOT sheets.

Processing Time & Ship Date & USPS delays

My processing time is currently 2 weeks except during high volume times like big sales or when I am traveling. I work on orders in the order they are received unless in the case of sticker or dashboards WITHOUT inserts. Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Please check your receipt before messaging me asking when your item(s) will ship. The Estimated Delivery Date you see when purchasing an item is Etsy's estimated delivery date it is an estimate and is not a guarantee. I am not responsible for USPS shipping delays. I can only guarantee my processing time!!

I do accept exchanges but NOT returns (unless there is an error on my part). Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to start the exchange process. You are responsible for all shipping costs when doing an exchange. If an insert is modified or personalized it is no longer available for exchanges! Dated inserts are not returnable or exchangeable. All other things are handled on a case by case basis. You ordering the wrong size for the planner you have is not my fault. I provide measurements please read them before ordering. Any refunds if I choose to give are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and/or less the initial shipping cost whichever is greater if free shipping was used.

My package says it's delivered but I can't find it HELP!

Once a package is marked as delivered it is beyond my control what happens to your package. You need to make sure you are providing a safe place for your mail to be delivered. If your package says it is delivered but you can't find it in your mail box you need to contact your local post office to get the GPS coordinates of where they delivered your mail. If it doesn't match your address then you need to work with them on locating where they delivered your package. If they give you the coordinates that match your location you need to then contact your local police department and file a police report for stolen mail you can then make a claim through your homeowners/renters insurance.

What kind of paper do you print your inserts on?

Our inserts are printed on 32# acid free - FSC certified - 100 bright white - buttery silky smooth paper. It is safe for most pens including fountain pens and markers except for alcohol based. Works great with water colors too! As of September 2026 our a5 & a5 wide inserts are printed on 32# acid free - FSC certified - premium uncoated paper with a smooth finish, brilliant 98 brightness. It is safe for most pens including fountain pens and markers except for alcohol based. We make no guarantees that the pens you use won't bleed or ghost. This is something we can't completely control since it depends on many factors not just paper used.

How do your dated inserts work?

All dated inserts are pick your year and any year is available. Even if the picture shows 2023 you can pick 2028. If the listing has available start months in the drop-down menu those are the ONLY start months you can have. Please do not pick a custom start month in the notes it will be ignored. You will receive the start month you picked in the drop-down menu.

How do you ship products?

Sticker only orders are shipped in an envelope using USPS First Class Letter Mail. Tracking is provided through the Etsy interface ONLY and NOT through the USPS tracking interface. Sign up for informed delivery through the USPS and you will get a picture of your letter mail when it is out for delivery. Inserts and other items are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking is provided through USPS. Please make sure you are providing a safe secure place for your packages to be delivered.

My product was damaged by the USPS

If your order was damaged by the USPS please be aware that by their own policy you may be required to surrender the package to them at the closest post office to you. This is beyond my control. If you refuse to surrender the package to them then you will not receive a refund.

●●●●●●✿ SHIPPING DETAILS ✿●●●●●●

All sticker ONLY orders are shipped using Etsy's flat shipping option. That means you and I both save money & you can still track your order. You will receive tracking emails and can access your tracking information through your purchases on Etsy.com or the Etsy app but NOT through the USPS website. Your purchase will come to you in an envelope instead of a rigid mailer. If you still wish to receive your purchase(s) in a rigid mailer you can upgrade to that option at check-out, but it will cost a lot more than using the standard shipping offered.
