Please understand that plants are shipped live and bare root. We try to ship out plants without any damage, however, depending upon how long it takes to sell the plant and what happens during the shipping process, the plant may have changed, grown or have slight defects. Likewise, a new leaf may have grown since the initial picture or the plant may even be larger than the size in the listing. Sometimes plants can go into shock from shipping or different growing conditions. Plants bounce back when watered and placed in partial shade while they readjust.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please take a picture and message through the provided order tracking immediately upon opening. All plants that are provided through the online platform are picked specifically because of their hardy ability to survive the heat, the lack of water, and the time spent in the mail. Please don't just leave us a bad review, we are happy to give a refund for an issue and bad reviews are hard to come back from especially when we're punished for things we can't control, like the mail being delayed. Thank you and have a great day.

Dragon Fruit Cutting-
Take a one gallon pot and fill it loosely with potting mix, preferably cactus based mix bought at the local hardware store. Press one wooden post firmly into the pot near the center of the pot. Take the dragon fruit cutting and press the side that is marked for the soil, into the soil until at least an inch of it is below the surface. Make a fist and firmly press the top of the soil around the dragon fruit cutting until it is stable. Attach the cutting to the post and continue attaching it as it grows up the post. Cuttings will take 3-4 weeks to root and must not be disturbed. If you decide to "see" if your little dragon has roots, care, the first roots that it will grow are very likely to rip off if you jiggle it around to see. The tap root will grow from the center downward and then continue growing outward. Many dragons are self fertile but each listing is specifically labeled as per variety. Regardless of fertility, it is HIGHLY recommended to plant two dragons next to each other for increased fruit production. It is recommended to use two different varieties, or even the same two varieties as long as you have more then one plant.
Dragon Fruit Rooted -
Take a one gallon pot and fill it loosely with potting mix, preferably cactus based mix bought at the local hardware store. Press one wooden post firmly into the pot near the center of the pot. Create a divot near the post for the roots of the dragon. Carefully take your rooted dragon and put the root near the post. Cover the roots and at least an inch of the cactus with soil. Make a fist and firmly press the top of the soil around the dragon fruit cutting until it is stable. Attach the dragon to the post and continue attaching it as it grows up the post. Pollination -
Fruit is best set with hand pollination. The beauty of the nightflower this cactus produces is unmatched. Don't miss out, and while you're out there, take care to pollinate the flowers!
