Can my cookie cutter be put in the dishwasher?

No, please hand wash in warm soapy water A soft nylon brush works well with detailed cookie cutters.

Can I chose the colour of my cookie cutter?

I currently use blue and black PLA filament for my cookie cutters and stamps with turquois green as a backup when filaments are on back order. The colour you receive will depend on what's loaded in the printer at the time but I'm flexible so message me if you have a preference for blue or black.

Why is dough sticking in my detailed cookie cutter?

Not all dough works with detailed cookie cutters. The sugar cookie recipe I send has been well tested and it is what I recommend. Other bakers have had success with gingerbread and shortbread recipes. Prepackaged sugar cookie dough from the supermarket does not work. It's crucial that dough is rolled to 1/4". Rolling gauges that ensure the correct thickness can be purchased online. If you prefer to roll your dough thicker, contact me before purchase and I can modify the cutter to work for you. Many listings such as the Construction Truck set and the Hockey Skate now have videos detailing the "rocking technique" best used when working with detailed cookie cutters.

How thick should I roll my dough to get an ideal impression in my cookies using 3DKamotion detailed cookie cutters?

Roll dough to 1/4 inch. If dough is rolled thicker it is likely to get stuck in the cookie cutter. For video instructions on how to use our rocking technique on 1/4” dough search for us on YouTube using “How to use detailed cookie cutters from 3DKamotion”

Alphabet / Lowercase "Tramline" Sans Serif Font Letter Stamp Embosser Letter Stamps for Clay, Pottery, Ceramics, Polymer, Cookies or Fondant (with Holder)

From the drop-down menu, choose your set with holder or, if you already have a holder from one of the standard alphabet sets in my shop, choose just the letters.

Alphabet & Holder Complete Set:
Consists of 1 holder with 52 stamps (two sets of alphabets plus two "space holders"). If you need additional letters, purchase the ADD-ON Alphabet set.

ADD-ON Alphabet: consists of 26 stamps, one spacer, NO holder. A single set will allow for only a very limited number of words because there are no duplicate letters.

Large Holder is 165mm long

The longest letters as pictured (b, d, f, etc) are 6.5mm from top to bottom. Also available 10mm top to bottom.

To wash letters place them in a sieve and drop into a bowl of warm soapy water. Shake letters around. Rinse in sieve and shake to drain. Allow to dry (preferably for 24 hours). Wash before first use.

3D printed using PLA, a biodegradable plastic made from starchy grains such as corn, potatoes, wheat, or even beets. PLA decomposes into water and carbon dioxide in a commercial composting facility at temperatures above 90 degrees Celsius. It is plastic though so don't try eating it :)
