What happens when my order tracking shows delivered but I have not received it?

You will need to contact USPS and file a claim for a missing package. The seller has no responsibility for stolen packages, wrong addresses, or misplaced packages. Please keep track of your tracking number so you know when your package will be delivered.

What happens if I do not indicate the color of decal I want for custom decals?

Seller will try to contact buyer to get desired color. If buyer does not respond to seller, seller will send personal choice of decal color. Either white or black.

What happens if my decal is ruined during application?

Seller is not responsible for any customer error in application of decals. If the decal has an issue from shipping, customer must contact seller withing 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.

Love this for my older teens bathroom! looks just like it does in the picture. I also accidentally ordered it in the wrong color (natural color), I sent a message over and was immediately responded to. They were so wonderful to fix my mistake and send it out stained for me!
