To clean oxidised copper mix some table salt and vinegar into a cloth and rub the mixture onto the piece that needs cleaning. When the copper is clean simply give it a rinse under the tap and dry off.

Returning non faulty item.

Items need to be returned within 30 days of receiving them, Giving notice of intent to return within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. The cost of the item minus the original post and packaging will be refunded on return of undamaged goods.

If you haven't worn earrings in a while or are used to wearing thinner ear wires please don't hesitate to get in touch and i can swap them out for you. I have several wires available from 0.6mm up.

International Postage

I am currently only offering Tracked postage outside of the UK due to the current restrictions and delays in all postal systems.

Items are sent Free via Royal Mail 48Hr service. Upgraded postage is available at checkout.

Please be aware that Titanium is a Grey silver tone and not a White silver tone like Sterling silver. It appears duller than sterling silver because of the grey tone.

Any orders that are Returned to the sender will be refunded minus postage costs.
