PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS :
1.) Our products are all handcrafted. It's maybe slightly different in each item. It is the charm and uniqueness of craftsmanship.
2.) The color of the product may be slightly different depending on the screen display.
3.) Our product made from genuine leather. The texture will be slightly different in each part of the leather.
4.) The color of leather will be darker or lighter when exposed to heat, sunlight, oil, friction, and moisture for a long time. And the leather may have wrinkles or creases in areas that are folded or twisted regularly. Which will be in accordance with the conditions of use. Regarded as a charming feature and unique of genuine leather.
5.) The color of the coating metal/stainless steel part and the PP stripe part will fade according to the usage.

PRODUCT CARE :
1.) Please avoid the heat, moisture, chemicals, alcohol, perfume, and sharp objects that can make the product to be scratched or damaged.
2.) If the product is dirty or wet, use a soft and dry cloth to wipe it out gently and allow it to dry completely. To prevent stains and mold.
3.) Keep it in a dry, not too hot, and ventilated place.
4.) Clean it every time after use or at least 2-3 times a week.
5.) Use leather and metal care products to keep your product beautiful and extend its lifespan. At least once a month.

PRODUCT USAGE :
LEASH:
1.) To control pets for safety. It must be used with a collar or harness that has a loop for a leash.
2.) Hold a leash at a level that suitable for use. A leash is suitable for pets up to 0-15 kg. and 10-25 kg.
3.) Please choose the right form, size for your pet and lifestyle.
4.) Take a leash off when bathing or swimming. If your pet is in a safe area, please removed it. And keep away from moisture, heat, sharpness, and chemicals.
5.) Check a leash condition before use. If a leash is damaged, please don't use it.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES :
Customers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, and vat in their country that may apply. We will not responsible for delays due to customs.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY :
The product can be replaced in these cases:
1.) Products caused by the wrong delivery, size, color, or any defects due to brand faults. The brand will be responsible for delivering new products to customers within 7-14 business days without additional cost. (7-14 in business days is the period of the production and transport products to the shipping company only. Which the delivery time for the goods to the customers will be according to the conditions of the shipping company.)
2.) Product replacement MUST notify within 7 business days of receiving the product. If longer than the specified period, the brand will not be responsible in any case.
3.) For consideration*, MUST attach detailed proof of purchase, tracking number, date of receipt of the product, and product photos with problems clearly within 7 business days of receiving the product.
4.) Replacement of the product, the brand will create new products which are the original form, collection, size, and color as the customer ordered. It cannot be changed to other forms, collections, sizes, and colors.
5.) It cannot be exchanged for cashback and cancellations in any case.
The product cannot be replaced in these cases:
1.) In the case that the product is considered that not defective due to the brand, cause of nature of the product, or does not right the above requirements, it cannot be replaced in all cases.
2.) In the case that the customer intentionally causes the product to be damaged, ordered by mistake, wrong color, wrong size, or not following the instructions for using and care the product. The brand is not responsible in all these cases. Please read and follow the product description, care, and usage carefully.
3.) In the case that the customer wishes to change the design, size, color, or any case because of the needs of the customer. There will be a cost to produce the product, shipping cost, and cost incurred in the operation that customers have to responsible for.
