Where can I find my downloads?

You can find all your purchased files here: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases

Most files come in Standard US letter size 8.5" x 11". However, if there is a file size needed other than that which is stated in the product details, feel free to contact me and I will try to accommodate your needs.

Custom and personalized orders

I offer custom or personalized digital coloring pages. I currently have a number of themes, however, I am working to make more designs please feel free to message me if you have a theme you are looking for that I do not have available, and I will do my best to accommodate you. For my custom digital coloring pages please allow 24-48 hours for me to complete your order, although I am usually much faster at completing orders than that.

In order to edit my designs (unless otherwise stated) you must open the file in Adobe Reader. (Free to download at: https://get.adobe.com/reader/) I also have provided templates for Canva on some of my items. If you are having trouble and need help, please feel free to message me.

How to download files on iPad or iPhone?

Go to Etsy.com using your iPhone or iPad and open a web Safari browser (Or any browser that works such as chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc.), but DON'T use the Etsy app, though, because it won’t work. Login and tap on your photo’s profile located at the top right. And tap on the “Purchases and Reviews” tab. From Your Purchase and Reviews page, tap on the tiny arrow located at the top-right side of the item you purchased. Do not open the item in the App. Then you can scroll down and click the black "download files" button.

Why is my payment pending?

Etsy screens and reviews orders to help protect the marketplace. If you received an email from Etsy saying that your order is still processing, it means that the transaction is being reviewed by Etsy. Can I use your designs for commercial use?

All of my designs in my shop are for personal use only and not permitted for commercial use, share, trade, give away, or redistribute files in any way (whole or in part, unless otherwise stated in the description.
