Can i have more than one design/name if i order a bulk pack of spoons?

Yes you can just send through the names or artwork and we will sort it out or add it on the order as a list, for example: Spoon1: Head...... Handle..... spoon 2 Head..... Handle....

All of our sizes and weights where applicable are on the listings, just select 'item description' and it will show it all.

How long does it take to make my personalised item?

Production times vary depending on the item, but we aim to complete personalised orders as quickly as possible (usually within 1-2 working days). Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Can I request a custom design or logo?

How do i send my logo?

You can send any artwork to orders@justwood.com or attach it to the messages. Please note that it must be free from copyright/watermarks. We can convert most images to make them suitable for engraving so please message us with any questions.

My item hasn't arrived in the time it says?

If for some reason your item has not arrived in the time frame given, please drop us a message and we will do our best to investigate it for you and sort it out quickly, we understand this can be very frustrating. Sometimes with international orders customs can have delays which is out of hands and they turn up a few days late. We can only apologise for this as we do send items as quickly as possible.

How can i get my item faster than the date shown?

If you choose first class or express delivery from the dropdown when checking out, we aim to get your order out within 1-2 working days or as soon as possible depending on the day you order. The cost isn't just the shipping but also arranging staff members to stop other jobs and to process the first class/express orders.

Pay extra attention to any stains or stubborn residue, applying slightly more pressure if needed, but avoid excessive scrubbing as this may damage the wood. Rinse with clean warm water. Pat dry immediately with a clean towel.

Can I return or cancel a personalised item?

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty or we have made an error with your order.
