Materials: cotton duck canvas, thread, woven trim, interfacing, sweatband, snap back, glue, brim insert

This handmade 6-panel, triangle front cap is made from a study Mustard Yellow waxed canvas with a pigskin brown and white paracord rope accent. A new addition to the collection, this style hat sits up a little higher on the head, than our original 5-panel style.

Waxed Canvas only gets better with age. Each time you wear this hat it will only add to its' character, acquiring a distressed look and a softer feel. Each wear also allows the wax to smooth into the fibers of the canvas, developing a water-resistant coating that protects the interior from wet weather conditions.

The front panel is made from our signature caramel-colored canvas and features a woven Ministry of Culture logo in the upper corner. The cotton canvas hat has a black adjustable plastic snap-back closure and is finished with a black fabric sweatband for a comfortable fit around your head.

Brims are industry-standard flexible lightweight plastic and can be bent and molded into your desired shape. The top of the brim is made from water-resistant waxed canvas while the under brim is made from a caramel-colored canvas that matches the front panel.

All hats are sewn individually and are generally made to order in limited quantity.

Our hats generally measure about 22 1/2-22 5/8" around when the snapback is fully closed. They can adjust to be approximately 1" larger.

Some fabrics have more stretch than others and can vary slightly in fit. Waxed canvas hats have the least stretch.

Our gear is designed to go everywhere you want to take it. Made to take a beating, but still needs to be cleaned from time to time.

We recommend hand-washing and drying all our garments to extend their life.

How do you wash a hat?
1. Fill up a tub or sink with cold water
2. Add a small amount of eco-friendly detergent
3. Submerge your hat and swish it around for a few minutes
4. Let it soak in the soapy water for about 30 mins
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water
6. Pat it dry, gently. Do not ring or twist
7. Re-shape it and set it out to dry

**Waxed Canvas Hats should not be washed! Washing waxed canvas will ruin the finish. Brush off any dirt or spot clean with a damp cloth if necessary.

Sick hat! Fits on my weirdly large head along with all of my outrageously thick hair, where other hats do not. It’s incredibly stylish and unique as well.
