Orders are dispatched with the UK's main postal service - the Royal Mail.

The following delivery services are available for selection during checkout:

UK Customers:
-Standard Delivery (1st Class) *Non-tracked
-Signed For (1st Class) *Non-tracked
-Special Delivery (Tracked + Guaranteed next day before 1pm)

International Customers:
-Standard Delivery *Non-tracked (Standard International)
-Signed For *Non-tracked
-Tracked
-Tracked & Signed For
(Depending on availability for your country)

*Default Standard Delivery DOES NOT include tracking.
**Tracking is only available for tracked delivery services

Proof of postage is available upon request for all services.

Standard delivery does NOT include tracking.
But tracked delivery services are available at checkout for both domestic & international customers under the names ‘special delivery’ (UK) or ‘tracked' 'tracked & signed’.
(Tracking is not forced onto customers as it can add significant costs. Customers are free to select their preferred service)

Tracking is recommended for orders over £20 as it includes compensation of up to £50 should a parcel get lost.

If tracking has been purchased, the tracking number will be provided on your order in the ‘purchases’ section and also on your dispatch notification email.

If tracking has not been purchased during checkout, it will not be possible to track your parcel later.

Dispatch times are provided on each individual item. They reflect the time taken for an item to be produced, packaged & taken to the post office.

(I normally manage to dispatch well within the alotted time, but sometimes require the full time during busy periods)

Below is the Royal Mail’s delivery ‘aims’:
-Within the UK aims to deliver next working day
-To Europe aims at 3-5 working days
-To the rest of the world aims at 5-7 working days

These are aims, opposed to estimations or guarantees. Delivery may take much longer, especially around peak times and is not within sellers’ control. The further the distance, the more likely a delay.

Occasionally, a parcel will experience a delay within the postal system & will take longer to arrive than expected. Delivery delays may be due to heavy postal traffic, pandemic, staff shortages, customs hold ups, weather hazards, postal strikes etc.

Slow delivery is frustrating for both customers and sellers. Please understand that sellers have no control over what happens within the postal system.

Delays are not compensatable so please leave plenty of time when ordering gifts.

A parcel is only considered 'lost' by the postal system, and compensatable, after the following time has elapsed:

For the UK, after 10 working days.
For Europe, after 20 working days.
For the rest of world, after 25 working days.
(*Count from the day after dispatch & do not include weekends)

Please contact me if your parcel has still not been delivered after this timeframe & i will initiate a postal investigation by filing a postal claim and you will be offered a replacement/refund.

It is advisable that buyers select a tracked delivery service & leave extra time for gifts to arrive in time for occassions due to possible hold ups in delivery.

If a gift arrives late for it's intended occassion but is not considered lost by the postal service, it is not compensatable.

The buyer should take the following factors into consideration before purchasing gifts:

-Delivery times (see corresponding FAQ)
-Location of the shop (UK)
-Postal delays / lost items
-Upgrading to Tracking

Unfortunately due to the introduction of new German packaging laws & license requirements, i will no longer be selling to Germany.
