In return case, buyer is responsible for shipping bills and handles return shipment of package to our warehouse at Ankara, Turkey. Since we offer free express shipping for your orders, you need to consider first shipment cost we made for you as well. Once we receive return packages safely, we issue back your refund. Your refund is calculated as total purchase amount minus first shipment expense.
