Important delivery information: Please allow up to 10 working days for standard deliveries. If Royal Mail fail to deliver your mug within 10 working days, I will refund your order or send another mug to you.
Undeliverable parcels: If Royal Mail return a mug to me (because the given address was incorrect, or the mug was not picked up from your local sorting office), then you will need to pay an additional £3 postage for me to send the mug again.

We pride ourselves on our customer service, and we maintain a no-quibble 30 day refund or return guarantee on all our mugs. If your mug arrives damaged or not as described, please tell us immediately so we can send you a replacement or a refund straight away.
If you decide not to keep your mug for any other reason, you can return your mug within 30 days but you will have to pay for the return postage and possibly a small restocking fee for personalised mugs.
