Got the Velcro close. Blocks the light well and both fabrics are very soft. Quality sewing with neat edges. Very satisfied with my purchase! One thing I want to adjust on mine is the length of the hook side of Velcro, as it grabs my hair when I have the silk side against my face, but I think I will just make a small cover for that section.
