All sales are final and returns are not accepted. However, my goal is to keep every client happy and satisfied. If you have any issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so we can find a solution. If I do not hear from you within 3 days, I will assume you are satisfied with your order. If we mutually agree to a return, the item must be sent back in the same, unused condition. Refunds are issued after inspection. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and the original $4.50 shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (even on free shipping).

Because of the unique nature of these items, they cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun. Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, dates, sizes, and options) before placing your order, as I am not responsible for errors submitted at checkout. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I will gladly work with you to make it right.
