This is 100% Australian Opal mined by us in Andamooka, South Australia.
These discs are well cut and beautifully polished by us here in Australia.

As with all Andamooka Black Matrix Opals, the host rock has been treated (darkened) to allow the opal colors to pop. The Opal itself is not affected in any way or altered.

Andamooka is considered as one of Australia’s most prominent opal fields.
The word Andamooka is derived from an Aboriginal name meaning “large waterhole”.
Andamooka Opal is truly unique and in high demand as it is almost all mined out.
