Je suis désolé que vous ayez reçu cet article défectueux et j'aurais aimé que vous me contactiez plus tôt à propos de ce problème car il aurait pu être remplacé avant que je ne ferme et avant que vous ne laissiez vos commentaires. Il semble que vous ayez reçu l'article défectueux par erreur dans l'emballage car je l'ai rejeté et j'ai demandé à mon assistant d'en imprimer un autre. Je suis sûr que lorsque je reviendrai à l'atelier, le bon article sera là. Donc, tout ce que je peux faire, c'est vous rembourser avec mes sincères excuses
