Made from mercerised 100% cotton giving it a smooth finish, this fine cluny lace is an intense black colour, it has a straight band on one edge – perfect for sewing into seams, and is constructed with a zig-zag scalloped edge creating a band of eyelets which you could thread a 3mm (1/8in) wide ribbon through if desired.
Perfect for sewing, quilting, gluing, tying and generally prettifying all sort of things!
This trim is fully reversible as it looks just the same on both sides.
Material Composition: 100% Cotton
Approximate size conversions for your reference:
Width: 8mm = 0.8cm = 5/16 inch
1 metre = 100cm = 39 inches = 3 foot 3 inches
1 quantity = 1 metre.
The price shown is for 1 metre, you can increase the length by increasing the quantity added to your basket, when ordering multiples I will try to supply this in one continuous length up to a maximum length of a full reel (in this case, 25mtr). If you require certain lengths please contact me.
*NB: Not supplied on a reel & not tied in a bow.
Please note that although great care has been taken to photograph the product in natural light and I have tried to recreate the colours and details as accurately as possible with minimal photo processing, there may be slight variances, this can also be due to the differences in screen and monitor settings.
Any lifestyle or group product photos are for illustration/inspiration purposes only. It’s also worth noting that the wooden “Plum Bowtique” bobbin which features in my product photos is only a photo prop and does not indicate that the items are supplied on a bobbin.
For reference, the bobbin is 69mm (2.75in) tall. It was hand painted especially for me by the fantastically talented Lisa at Polkadot Winslow.
*PLEASE CHECK ESTIMATED DISPATCH & DELIVERY DATES* I keep the processing and dispatch times up to date on Etsy so these are fairly accurate – please contact me if you have any concerns about meeting specific deadlines.
