HOW DO I SEND PHOTOS FOR A CUSTOM PORTRAIT?

Message me via Etsy Message and upload a picture you would like me to use or you can email it to theartsycreation@gmail.com For pet portraits: please send a picture on eye level, chest and above with great lighting. Please try to avoid portrait mode.

Each of my listings have sizing listed in the description for the product you are wanting.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY FINISHED PRODUCT?

You will receive your product depending on what you choose to purchase. CUSTOM PORTRAITS: After production, If DIGITAL is chosen, I will message you via Etsy with a link where you will be able to download your portrait. With this link, you can download the portrait as many times as you would like. If PRINT is chosen, a 5x7 print will be sent to you physically. WALLPAPERS: These are digital downloads. After your payment has been processed, go to 'purchases and reviews' tab, and you will be able to see your downloads. NOTE: The Etsy App does not support downloads! STICKERS, ART PRINTS, KEYCHAINS AND NOTEBOOKS: These items will be shipped to you.
