I do not know. You will have to check with the rules/regulations of the country you are living in. Most countries charge a tax after a certain amount but each are different.

I am not responsible for any customs taxes! If your package arrives at your local postal office, and you do not pay it, they will return the package to me. I will not resend without you paying shipping again. It is the buyers responsibility to pay taxes/shipping.
