I ordered EU size 40, they are quite large (which is good, bc I'm a size 40.5). Just keep in mind that they're on the larger end of the scale, when ordering :)
Wonderful shoes; I had a pair of black and white oxfords years ago that I had lost, and these are a great replacement! They took a little extra time coming from overseas, but the wait was not too bad.
