**All of your gowns are offered to be sewn fully upon the individual measurements.

While placing your order, simply choose any standard size from the ones available and simply send us your individual measurements afterwards via a message.

Please look at the size chart and select the size you need. Or you can also send me your measurements, and I will help you choose right size. For the accuracy of the measurements, we recommend that they be made by a professional tailor. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Please note that we use only basic measurements! This means that you may need some help from a dressmaker. But usually our dresses sit perfectly right away.

If you want to change something in the original version, please let me know, I will recommend the best routes.
We can make some changes for the dress:
-combine skirts and tops of different dresses (not all dresses!);
-replace lace up with zipper+buttons;
-add / remove sleeves
-add/cancel trail.
-add more hard grids for fluffiness skirt., etc

We need for production 4-6 weeks.
-stndard delivery – 3-4 weeks
-UPS delivery – 7-10 bussiness days

𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗦 𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 upon receipt of the parcel:
-for brides from the USA and Canada - no need to pay.
-for brides from Europe, the customs duty is from 40 to 100 euros (often brides do not pay customs duty. it depends on the politics of your country).
-for other countries (please check with your country's customs office about this).

We don't offer exchanges and returns.
If you are unhappy with the purchase you received, please contact me within 72 hours. If the error was on my part, I am ready to help you solve this situation.
If you sent the wrong measurements, you changed your mind about the style of the dress, or for some other reason, regardless of the quality of my work, you are fully responsible for your purchase.
