I gladly accept returns and exchanges ONLY if an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival. • Return requests for faulty/damaged items must be received within 3 days of delivery. • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery receipt. • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Shipping and Processing Times

Production and shipping times may temporarily extend past the below time frames. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact me directly. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. The processing time for most items is 2-3 days. All made to order items require 1-2 weeks in production time. If you're unsure whether or not an item is made to order or on backorder, feel free to reach out. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Lost or Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for replacing or refunding lost and/or stolen packages. Once a package is in the possession of USPS, it is up to them to deliver it to you. If you are worried that your package may be stolen, I recommend opting for an insured shipping service (e.g. USPS Priority Mail.)

I am currently only offering wholesale pricing on select items. If you are interested in becoming a stockist, please contact me through Etsy or send an email to info@terrasoleil.com detailing your request. If you'd prefer, you can also use my store on Faire to directly purchase products wholesale: https://terrasoleil.faire.com/

✧ FAQ ✧

Q. Does this deck come with a complete guidebook, or is that sold separately?

A. The matching guidebook is sold separately. You can purchase the complete matching guidebook here: https://tinyurl.com/4u9dxrsb

Q. Are the front and back of the decks gold-gilded (foiled), or only the edges?

A. Only the edges of the deck have reflective gold gilt. The front and back of our cards are printed with a smooth, satin finish and are not foiled. The gold printing is part of the digital design of the artwork, so the surface of the deck is not reflective.

Q. Are the cards in the traditional Rider Waite Tarot format?

A. Yes, all our tarot decks follow the classic tarot structure. This means that there are 22 major arcana cards (e.g. The Devil, The Empress, etc.) and 56 minor arcana cards (Suit of Wands, Suit of Cups, Suit of Swords, and Suit of Pentacles.)

Q. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

A. Yes, we offer wholesale pricing on all of our card decks. For more information, please message us here on Etsy. Please include your business name, your country, the products you're interested in, and an approximate number of how many units you'd like to purchase.
